LUE3004 IELTS Preparation
As part of the portfolio assessment, students are invited to visit our Visiting English Tutors twice during the semester. We recommend booking a Writing Tutorial (for help with the writing test), a Speaking Tutorial (for help with the speaking test) or an IELTS Workshop here.
LUE1003 English Enhancement
This course requests students make use of ELSS tutorials throughout the semester and asks you to complete certain tasks with our Visiting English Tutors. For this course, we recommend that come along to one of our LUE1003 Consultations here, or our Drop-in Centre.
LUE1002 University English II
On CEAL’s compulsory English Language course, you may be asked to resit your Assessment 1a or Assessment 1b tasks. Your lecturer will invite you to meet with one of our Visiting English Tutors to complete this. In this case, we ask you to book the LUE1002 Assessment Resit service here before the deadline.
Academic Workshops
Our workshops are group sessions that align with CEAL course material. This semester, we will be running workshops that will help you figure out, identify and correct some of the most common mistakes or problems found in Lingnan students’ written assignments.
